Thank you all for the continued love & prayers. I know several have asked about food but my grandmother was the head of our family, the planner & organizer.
Trust me I know where your hearts are & I appreciate it. I’m still the black sheep of the family.

My MeMaw & Papaw were married May 17,1963. She loved him so much she agreed to marry him twice. Even with his gypsy pipelining soul.

My Uncle Todd, Mom, & Uncle Mikel were her world & everyone knew that.
My dad & Aunt Connie joined our family & became her world whether they liked it or not.
My family loves hard & is all in your business. It was Memaw’s way or the highway.

I was the first grandchild & became the center of her world. Shortly after Jessica & Leo joined our family & stole my thunder. She loved us all so much. Then Hunter was born & we were all SOL. Sicily brought joy to our family then Dustin arrived & our Family was complete for several years. Soon we married & our spouses didnt really know
what they were in for but they quickly learned. I remember her telling Jake I was born with a silver spoon in my mouth & she expected it to stay there. She welcomed Lauren, Joel, Jake, & Starr with open arms & had the same expectations from them all.

Then we had babies Landon was the all-star for a long time, then Brylyn joined our family a
little later Briar, Jaycee then baby Bowen came along & all her kids & grandkids never stood a chance. She would clap for your family but quickly let you know what all we had accomplished & that we were better.
Its just who she was.

She loved her Brother Charles & missed her sister Sybil terribly. She often said that My mimi & Aunt Sybil were in heaven showing out.

She was so proud of Sicily for nursing school & She was so proud of Dustin for coming home to Louisiana & going to Tech. Even though sicily & will arent married yet she loved him just as much as she did the rest of us.

I have 37 voicemails, “Hey Sophi, this is your MeMaw. Just calling to chit chat and see what you are doing. Call me back, I Love You.”

Just please continue to pray our family, because our lives are completely upside down right now & forever changed. Say an extra prayer for my Papaw.

I’ll make her proud one day with a pecan pie that isn’t burnt or had a mushy middle ❤️

Carolyn "Billie" has been my client and special friend for several years. I always looked forward to seeing her and Don, as we had so much to catch up on, so many laughs, and sometimes cries. I truly love and will miss her so much. She had a beautiful smile and bubbly personality. I am so sad. I will not be able to attend her service because I am having surgery and I truly am sad about that also. Don, Michelle, Todd and others, please know I will have you all in my prayers.
