Obituary for Carl David Underwood
Funeral Service celebrating the life of Mr. Carl David Underwood will be held at 2:00pm, Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Luna Assembly of God, 2843 Red Cut Rd. West Monroe, LA, with Bro. Joel Brackett officiating.
Interment will follow at Luna Assembly of God cemetery, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.
Family will receive friends for visitation, Wednesday, February 3, 2021 from 5pm until 7pm at the church.
Mr. Underwood was born on April 15, 1950 and passed from this life on February 1, 2021 at the age of 70.
He is preceded in death by his son, George David Underwood; and his parents, David and Christine Underwood.
Those left to cherish his memories include his wife of 54 years, Dianne Underwood of Columbia, LA; daughter, Crystal Gail Allbritton and husband Teddy of West Monroe, LA; daughter, Carla Smith and husband Chris of Columbia, LA; son, Marty Underwood and wife Krista of West Monroe, LA; daughter in law, Michelle Underwood; eight grandchildren, Carl Crowell, Kelsey Hudgins, Megan Coggins, Elaina Massey, Elizabeth Phillips, Hillary Underwood, Blakely Underwood, and Kaleb Underwood; twelve great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
