Funeral service celebrating the life of Betty Z. Braddock of Delhi, LA., will be held at 2:30pm, Thursday, September 29, 2022, at Warsaw Baptist Church, with Rev. Jeff Sykes and Rev. Marion Collier officiating; with burial following in Crowville Masonic Cemetery; visitation will be from 1:00pm until the time of service at the church; all under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home, Monroe, LA.
Betty was born December 26, 1929, and passed from this life September 27, 2022, at the age of 92. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and cooking for her family, homemade apple pie was her specialty. Betty had a caregiver’s heart, and she took care of her loved ones until her health would no longer allow it. She was a member of Warsaw Baptist Church and enjoyed attending the worship services there. Mrs. Betty will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Braddock, parents, Ernest and Rosalie Hebert, and sister, Larue Burns.
Those left to cherish her memory include her two daughters, Neida Paylor and Evlyn Richardson; brother, Aaron Hebert (Minnie Bell) special friend, Howard Lutz; Also survived by two grandchildren, Jennifer Paylor and Vanessa Paylor.
Pallbearers are Jacob Ezell, Billy Hebert, Ryan Aaron Hebert, John Wyatt Hebert, Mark Braddock, and David Watson.
