Obituary for Allan James Emmerson
Memorial service will be held this summer in Hawkeye, Iowa to celebrate the life of Allan James Emerson.
Allan James Emerson was born January 2, 1954 in Union West, Iowa and passed away on February 4, 2020 at the age of 66 while traveling thru Monroe, Louisiana on his way back home to Texas. He was a disabled Veteran that served in Vietnam. He loved traveling around the Country, camping, fishing and telling stories to all his family and friends.
Mr. Emerson is preceded in death by his parents, Max and Wilma Emerson, two infant brothers and brother, John Emerson.
He is survived by his son, Cory Emerson and wife Tasha; daughter, Caitlin Emerson and fiancé Eric Lowrey; three brothers, Ed, Dave and Joe; two sisters, Mary and Molly; grandchildren, Caleb Emerson, Haley Emerson and Lainey Lowrey; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friend.
