Obituary for Alice Kristine Robinson
A celebration of life for Ms. Alice Kristine Robinson will be held at 10:00am, Monday, August 3, 2020 at Calvary Baptist Church, 1155 LA-594, Monroe, with Bro. David Willoughby officiating, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.
Alice was born November 3, 1939 and passed from this life July 29, 2020 at the age of 80.
She never met anyone that she didn't like, as Proverbs 31:10 says... "Who can find a virtuous woman?"
Alice was a virtuous woman that everyone came to love, she was an encourager and a very giving person; Alice showed loved the way Christ would to everyone just as Matthew 5:16 tells us,... let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. Alice was everyone's mother.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Alice Madsen; brother, Louie; sister, Clara, and husband, Lloyd Allen Robinson, and son, Lloyd Allen, Jr.
Those left to cherish her memories include her daughter, Frances Murray; son, Scott; step-children, Allen Robinson and wife Kathy of Wisner, Roger Robinson and wife Christina of Bastrop, siblings, Larry Madsen and wife Viola of New York, Gloria Clark and husband Larry of Virginia, Albie Madsen of New York, Jerry Madsen and wife Ruth of New York, and Bruce Madsen of Texas; fourteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
