Obituary for Adelle Huckaby Smith
Funeral service celebrating the life of Adelle Huckabee Smith of Eros, LA will be held at 10:00am, Monday, June 22, 2020 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe.
Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.
Family will receive friends for visitation Sunday, June 21, 2020 from 5pm – 8pm at the funeral home.
Adelle loved to travel and spend time with her friends and family.
She was born March 13, 1943 and passed from this life June 17, 2020 at the age of 77.
She is preceded in death by her parents, J.E. and Claire Huckaby, and husband, Gordon L. Smith.
Those left to cherish her memories include her; two sons, Troy L. Smith and wife Tina, and Allen Smith and wife Rita; daughter, Wendy Holbrook and husband Jason; six grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two nephews, and one niece; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
