Jeremy was born September 9, 1979 in West Monroe, LA and passed from this life on September 19, 2018 in Monroe, LA at the age of 39.
He is preceded in death by two sisters, Jenna Johnson and Lindsay Johnson; Emerson Kyle Johnson; and his grandparents, Dorothy Johnson, John and Virginia Cook.
Survivors include his father, Michael Johnson and wife, JoAnn of Farmerville; his mother, Sandy Sullivan and husband, Dexter of Monroe, LA; his siblings, Shane Johnson of Farmerville, Shannon Sproles and husband, Jeff of Downsville, and Scott Cloud and wife, Susie of Charleston, SC; his grandfather, Howard Johnson of West Monroe; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
