Funeral services for Mr. Bennie Ray Cureington of Monroe, LA will be 6:00pm Tuesday, October 9, 2018 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home 600 Hwy 139 Monroe with Rev. Danny McIlveene officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00pm until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Cureington was born December 25, 1948 in Winnsboro, LA and passed from this life on October 4, 2018 in Monroe, LA at the age of 69.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Hollis and Leona Cureington; two brothers, Tony and Mack Cureington; and one sister, Sandra Mason.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Irene Cureington of Monroe; his children, James Cureington, Sr. and wife, Karen of West Monroe, Cindy Onorini and husband, Sandro of Lake Wells, FL, Stacy Cureington and Erin McCormick of Swartz, Jamie Cureington and Crystal Bracknell of Rayville, Bryan Lee Cureington and Nicole McCoy of Swartz; three sisters, Linda Rawls of Winnsboro, Jewel Trent and husband, Wayne of Clayton, and Beatrice Thompson and husband, Randy of Krotz Springs; one brother, Tollie Cureington of Krotz Springs; also survived by seventeen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
